Can't give less than 1 star! Had a water emergency today. Boat took on massive amount of water and if it weren't for the assistance of two different boaters, my friend and I may not have made it. The boater who towed us a considerable distance back to shore brought us to Summerstown Marina. As we were on our way the boater offered me his cell phone and I called my wife to have drive to the Marina so we could load the boat and put an end to an almost tragic day. We were approaching the marina and I could see my wife waiting by the dock. When she arrived the guy who runs the place told her that she couldn't be there as it was a private marina. She explained what was going on. He said "oh" and left her alone. We loaded the boat on our trailer (still shaken) I turned to him and thanked him. He re-iterated that this was a private marina and we should not have used it. At the very least we should have called ahead. I explained again what had happened and he repeated the private marina mantra. I told him that the guy who rescued us tried calling him 8 or 9 times but there was no answer. Thank God that the people who came to our aide weren't as shallow as this guy was. You spoke volumes about your business today. I will never step foot or boat on your property again. Your acted like a real SOB in our time of need.
