I really wish I could select 0 stars. We reserved 2 jetskis ahead of time and put down 100$ deposit on paypal. On the day of we get there and one of the jetskis had a hole in it so they turned us away (thanks for not calling us to let us know not to drive all the way out there). We tried to get our deposit back but they said it was non-refundable. So we reserved another day, took the day off work, and yet again we showed up on the day of, just to be turned away again. They apparently double booked the jet skis this time which I dont understand since we had called that very morning to confirm the reservation and made sure the rentals were in working order. This was a huge waste of my time and money, I am extremely upset with the lack of courtesy and professionalism. This is not how you run a business.

Full service marina with reasonable rates. Close to milton island, kingston, and the admiralty group of islands. Not much on shore except parking and the clubhouse restaurant. Sail and power boats at floating docks with power and water. Winter storage ashore but no on site crane. Helpful staff and a friendly boating community. The on site restaurant gets good reviews for its roadhouse menu and specials. Draft beer on tap. A quiet place while closed for the winter.

Best staff, always there to help when needed. Gas docks are easy to reach and pumps are fast. Close to Kingston, launch is always cleared of weeds and mess. Owners are friendly and have looked after our families boats for years, Summer and Winter. Highly recommend to any boater.
