Will promise anything when taking a deposit. Stored my boat last August paid for winterizing and hull wax. Told them I needed the boat Victoria day weekend was told to just call 2 weeks before, I guess they don't know how to schedule in advance. Called 2 1/2 weeks and was told the ice was out late so they couldn't commit to the date. No idea the relationship. I told them I had a cottage rented the guy said he has given up trying to satisfy everyone he can only do what he can do. After several calls the boat was "ready". Picked it up, went to use trolling motor, batteries not connected, boat was not ready. Paid for hull wax not sure it was done. Met a person at the cottages where I was staying that claimed they were waiting for their boat from Hunters Bay. The Marina doesn't seem to be committed to customer service. The season is to short for me to deal with Hunters Bay Marine.

I have been dealing with Gord for 14 years and have bought 3 boats off of hunters bay and the personal there r nothing but accomudateing. From the service pers. Colon Chris and Mike to Colleen in the office. My new Vibe deck boat is a great looking and smooth riding piece of heaven. Thanks Chris for telling me that Legend finally made one. Also if u can't deal with Gord u have to be from another planet. Cheers Mike Dunn

Next day fix in busy season. Extremely friendly!

Been dealing with Gord for almost 20 years now, and yet again, he went above and beyond! We were out on the lake today, and motor started acting funny, we were too far from home, and close to Hunters Bay (lucky us) so we limped in to see Gord! Again, he and the guys went above and beyond, simple fix and on our way!! If you need anything boat related, repairs, maintenance or a brand new Legend, Gord and Hunters Bay Marine are your people!!!
