In response to the review below from lot 531. I am quite surprised by your review as your trailer is the direct reason we are having a bad time at Goreski's. Your music, laughter, screams and karaoke carry on all night sometimes till the wee hours in the morning!! I am on the canal and your nosies carry that far. I am so glad I am not a direct neighbour. I can now see there are favourites in this park as I have complained multiple times and nothing gets done. I am guessing your statement about Kristine being the best is because she allows this to go one weekend after weekend! As for the power not going out on the may long weekend, the park was only half full! But you failed to mention that we lost water! Now we have a boil water advisory! From no water to yellow water and now an advisory. We are only a couple weeks in!! No playground for the kids! Shouldn't this have been done in October? I guess we will see what the rest of the season has in store for us! Unfortunately I have no faith in Parkbridge!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS PARK! The park looses power every long weekend and water! The staff are incredibly rude along with the manager! The power goes out for 14hrs and they close down all the washrooms and leave people with no way to use a washroom or cool off from the heat. If you complain they will tell you too bad and to go back to your trailer. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK!!! KRISTINE THE MANAGER SHOULDN'T BE A MANAGER AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE "SKILLS"

Last long weekend went great the power outages have been fixed, no issues at all. Great park, great staff, great people and Kristine is the best!! Bottom line if you ever get a chance to experience Goreskis Landing with your kids and family. This is a place were families make friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Lot 531.

If I could give a 0 for this park I would. I bought at Goreski's because I was informed by the sale person 3 years ago that they were trying to upscale the park. I specifically asked about their noise policy before I bought as I did not want to be in a rowdy park. I spent 2 -May-Oct. seasons there. I moved into an expensive canal site, unfortunately below long term residents who partied every weekend Fri- Sun non- stop and regularly violated the park's own 11 pm noise curfew rules. They always went hard after 11 pm to almost 3 am every night- loud music, loud people, singing, yelling, cursing, and so on. I tried respectfully speaking to the residents who were very rude back to me and told me- "So what- that is what trailer parks are for- drinking and partying". I called security multiple times, and complained to the management, as well as higher up to Parkbridge administration multiple times about the noise violations and the park's failure to manage this situation properly and enforce their own rules. Both security and management acted liked my noise complaint was new every time I called or emailed. Initially, they tokenly went out to the sites, came out once or twice to try to "hear" the noise, but basically refused to enforce their own regulations and police their own park. I didn't understand why the sales person told me that they were trying to upscale the park when they refused to warn or kick the noise makers and partiers out. Why attract folks who are willing to pay higher fees for nicer homes and better sites and want a quality experience, then refuse to enforce the park rules? Management became quite rude to me after awhile and just ignored my complaints as this continued. I could never sleep when I visited the park on weekends. Other residents coped by only coming mid week but I still worked and did not think that I should not have access to the park whenever I wanted, especially given the high fees we paid. One of the reasons I picked this park were the new pools. The second summer , the park instituted adult swim times after multiple requests which was great but like the noise curfew, they refused to enforce it. Every time I went to the pool during adult swim time, there were kids in the pool. No park personnel ever asked the kids to leave when I was there nor were park personnel even around most times when I was there. I then was forced to try to enforce the rule myself, and found that the kids, their parents, and grandparents were very rude to me when I tried to enjoy peace and quiet in the pool during the adult hours. Also, the pool always became very dirty mid season with long clumps of hair in the water that you caught your hands with every stroke you took. Plus, the canal road was flooded and too wet to use our lawns until mid June each year and the park refused to do any structural changes to drain the water off the sites. It took forever to get dangerous trees hanging over our trailers cut down. The canal was filthy and gross. Yes the power outages were constant. Finally, I had enough, I had to sell, as I knew the management would not act to enforce their own rules and would never improve. So, I left. Do not pick this park, it is overpriced, dirty, and has very poor management!!!

Park is just as horrible as it was last year! Nothings changed! Kristine is some how still the manager, she has the worst customer service skills. Parkbridge should be ashamed that she is manager! The high ratings are just from the kiss A** people in the park, so don't go off them.
