I called for repair, they were backed up but promised to call if an opening came before next week. They called the next day with an opportunity, I drive the boat over, left it and walked downtown. They were not sure how long it would take. They called three hours later, it was fixed The mechanic gave me suggestions to improve efficiency. All cordial, helpful. Back on the water

Purchased a new Bennington after trade-in. Everything about our transaction was top-notch. Mark was very helpful and concerned that we were completely satisfied. We would give Hutchinson's whole staff our highest recommendation

Have only been here for one thing, which was to fill up on gas after picking up a rental boat from Aqua Mania nearby. They are on the way out from Aqua Mania, and the gas dock is highly visible and right on the bay, so very convenient. The gentleman working there was super friendly and helpful as I explained that I'd never fueled a boat before. He helped us tie up and helped push us off, and did all this while helping another family with their boat as well. Great experience.

Much research went into purchasing our first boat. We looked around, tried them out, and Hutchinsons came through with flying colors. Service, friendliness, professionalism, and going above and beyond what was expected, were the experiences we enjoyed. All the best to the team at Hutchinsons Boat Works!

My wife and I we were looking at a boat on line that they had there. Salesman name Jerry got in touch with us. We drove out there Saturday June 10. Jerry showed us the boat, which we were very interested. Jerry told us we can leave a totaly refundable deposit if we decide for what ever reason we not to by the boat. I left a deposit with the intensions of buying the boat. After thinking about it, we decided not to invest in a boat with that long of a term. Told Jerry we were not going to buy the boat. He was so nice and said he understands. He mentioned about another boat coming in.. Told him, sorry we are not going to buy one right now. Thinking this boat was most likely be up there in price as well. We turned it down.. Jerry told me, no problem appreciate your time and we will refund your deposit to your credit card. The next day, no credit to my account.. I was getting worried. Jerry called me and mentioned to me about another boat. I just simply told him, we are holding off for now.. He asked me. few questions. Something about holding off all together which replied, yes. He then asked about if we bought the boat in Massena area. I said yes we decided to go and buy that one.. Which we felt he didn't really need to know. Was none of his buisness. Now there is a side to Jerry I was very surprised. Jerry disrespected me on the phone and before he hung up, he told me not to worry you will get your deposit back and hung up. I sent Jerry and email apologizing and that it was not my intension. He then sent me this email today, ""I double checked with staff and your card was credited yesterday as soon as you said that you couldn't get financing. Even though you were not truthful and purchased another boat and we could, legally keep your deposit. We are not that type of family business and your deposit will be refunded."" My wife and I didn't want a boat payment for 10 years we decided to get a loan thru our bank with a term of 5 years. I felt Jerry was very unprofessional handling rejection. I wonder how many other people backed out of a deal with him. I wonder how he handled it .. People we want to let you know because he over stepped his boundaries with us, asking us our business and throwing a temper tamtrem. Making crazy comments. Please be careful !
