Thank you so much for all of your help with the installation of our replacement ignition. Your support saved our cottage vacation! Excellent customer service that you don't find everywhere 😊

I have dealt with Jamie and his staff for the past few years, from engine repairs to a few perchases. I have received nothing but good honest customer service. Simple things, like delivering on promises and returning phone calls. These small things can make or break a business. Helps that they are just down the street from our cottage. Very convenient!.

During peak snowmobiling season, this place decides to close from Feb 9th to 20th with no updated website messaging or phone message. This place is a front! They don't care about customers nor do they really want to work hard. Avoid this place at all costs! Arctic Cat should withdraw from using them as a dealer. A special mention to the red-head who I think is called Jennifer...you must have got your customer service training at Customers aRn't US! Rude and simply just ignorant! STAY AWAY!
