Very professional atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. They have an administrative fee that adds almost $400 to the price which no other dealer I've dealt with has, but final price is up to the purchaser.

Tried to buy a 12ft aluminum runabout from them. Was a good price because it was the last of the previous years model. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that the hull had a bad indent at the front that probably happened during manufacture. Would have severely affected the hull speed especially with a small motor so I told the manager that I didn't want that boat. He seemed to be having a bad day and acted like it would be a real bother for him to do anything about it. He was quite rude and it left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided to get my money back. Luckily, they gave it back but he did seem surprised that I wasn't interested in a replacement but it was too late at that point. I have higher expectations from any business that I frequent so won't be going back.
