After having very poor experiences with servicing this boat at Bay Marine in Trenton and servicing another boat with JP Marine in Belleville, I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and great service from Jim Bell and Ryan Crate here. Jim is a real pleasure to deal with and was in constant communication with me answering all questions I had as they came up and delivered on all his promises and more. This is definitely the place for all your boating needs. Thanks again guys!

Fantastic Marina with outstanding service. I have had countless problems with the new boat I purchased. Without Ryan and his team I would have had to just live with the problems. Ryan went out of his way every time to help me with the issues I am having. While I am not convinced all issues are resolved yet, I am confident Ryan will do everything he can to assist in getting issues resolved and warranty approved. I am so happy Ryan worked with the boat manufacturer to get my window over the cabin replaced, Crates did a fantastic job and not getting wet while sleeping when it is raining is wonderful. I truly believe they only care about getting you on your boat so you can enjoy it. Every single time they had my boat they returned it when promised and worked with me to ensure I got maximum boating in while getting repairs done. I have experienced many marinas that make you feel like they are doing you a favor for fixing your boat. If you go to Crates Marina Belleville you will never experience that attitude again! I now live in Ottawa which is far from Belleville but will always bring the boat to Crates as it is the only Marina that will go above and beyond to ensure you love boating!

We would like to Thankyou for all the kindness that this Marina gave us. Everyone was so helpful. Your marina was very clean and a delight to stay at. We definitely will be coming back again..

I assume the work done on my boat was well done. But beware of having to add %30+ to the estimate to get your boat back.
