To all staff at Boater`s Choice, thank you for your expertise and service support before and after purchase. Second purchase from your dealership and continue to receive excellent service. You always manage to fit me into your busy schedule on a moments notice to get me back on the water as soon as possible. Can`t ask for better! Thanks again Scott and Katie... Claude

May I first say that I love my Lowe tritoon! it is everything I wanted in a pontoon and more and Boaters choice had the best price in Ontario for the package I bought. The issue is the customer service. The customer service should not end after the deposit is made. Every question and request after the deposit was made was meet with abrupt, border line rude responses. I now see that instead of focusing their efforts on fixing these issues as pointed out by other customers, they have chosen to purchase fake reviews to boost their google ratings.(you can see that everyone who has reviewed with outstanding reviews also reviewed the same businesses all over the world, dead giveaway). I hope the staff at Boaters choice take a look at this review and understand that in the world of customer service, the customer comes first and they should bend over backwards with a smile to please them, Especially when they spend 50K on one of their boats.

We were very pleased with both Boater's Choice technical knowledge and their high level of customer service. Great follow up and follow through.
