I specifically brought my bike in for a faulty speedometer gauge and to replace my tires... I told them that I was going to put 10k on my bike... after ordering the parts, they forgot to call to say they were in... anyway after 2 months of waiting, finally changed my front tire and fixed the speedometer... I asked again before leaving if going to quebec and new York of that back tire would last... they said it would, not to worry... I leave with the bike and the speedometer is not fixed, same issue... I call them back and they said they would have to call Suzuki and they would call me back... 2 weeks later I am sitting in Cornwall with a tire that is showing threads... that is only after 3000km after they looked at it. This shop needs help, never trusting my stuff with them again... try to rent a car at 3pm in cornwall... damn Sudbury boat and canoe.

Took my boat trailer in for service late last summer. Bad seals on the EZ-Lube hubs allowed water into the bearings and grease onto the brakes. They repaired the brakes and replaced the bearings, charged me $600+, but now I discovered they did not bother to replace the seals that caused the problem in the first place. Odd because a $20 bearing kit includes the seals. Also lied to me about the grease they used - told me they used Evinrude Marine EP wheel bearing grease. Inspected the hubs this spring; the old seals basically fell out and the bearings were packed with a nominal amount of runny gray grease (not the red Evinrude grease). Very dissatisfied with their service, expertise and advice. They set me up to need more repairs in short order. UPDATE: Service Manager called me - he acknowledged the issue and was sincere and reasonable about making it right. Thank you.

Worst service I've ever had boat shopping was looking to get a bigger boat and this guy barley gave me the time to ask him questions just because I'm a younger guy I'm guessing
