It's shocking how rude this man/owner is to customers. I'm sorry I was such an inconvenience to you and that I couldn't completely describe the impeller I wanted because it had been shredded in my boat. Thank you for telling me smugly and with disgust that there are 10,000 different impellers. I'm sorry you had to take your feet off the desk and that I disturbed you from reading the magazine. 3 mins on Amazon and I found the replacement. Tried to buy local. Never again. HOW are they still in business? Come on customers, we deserve better.

Had a great experience visiting this store. They carried a few varieties of a niche product required for my DIY camper project, staff were knowledgeable, efficient, and kind while assisting me with all the other parts required to achieve the complete setup. Prices were fair and all the products I picked up feel and look of great quality.

Been a busy project filled summer with many items required from Bottom Job, Fiberglass work, Deck Paint, Electrical items required. This family run business is extremely knowledgeable and direct with answers. Listen or leave and go elsewhere. I always decide to come back....competitive pricing on most products but the options and education that they pass along are worth it. Stock is good and they can expedite anything else you might need.

HMP & Peter is my go-to chandlery as C&C boat owner. He's an expert and lends honest advice and opinions on any project or upgrade you could think to make on your boat. He's helped me get my furler and forestay replaced and now I'm going through a major deck overhaul. The thing to know about Peter, is that he stands behind his expertise. If he doesn't think a particular idea or product is right for your needs, he won't sell you the wrong solution. He also is candid and honest in a way that most salespeople aren't. He won't B.S. you to get a sale. I highly recommend HMP for any experienced or inexperienced sailboat owner and look forward to working with his family for many years to come.

My family has been coming to this store since I remember walking. They are and always have been the most knowledgeable and best stocked store in Ontario if you sail. I have read a few negative reviews however google doesn’t let a store review customers who are annoying. Peter doesn’t take nonsense and is very fact based and if you can’t deal with that good luck finding what you need elsewhere. Nobody else has the knowledge or inventory that holland marine has. They have always been able to get me thru whatever project I presented them with.
