Purchased a camping tent from "the complete paddler." While in use I noticed a manufacture defect. I contacted them and quickly with some photos of proof processed what was needed to have the manufacture send a new one. It was not in stock at the store but still got the replacement within a week. Was very happy with thier customer service and my experience. Will shop there again and steongly recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase outdoor gear.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. The lady on the phone was always very polite and the salesman was an avid paddler and answered all the questions I had. They're clearance pricing was a lot cheaper than most other places I checked out. It was worth the drive. Can't wait to try out my new boat!

Whether it is teaching skills, selling kayaks or gear advice, the Complete Paddler is the most knowledgeable store I have ever been to. They respond instantly to instant message, answer the phone every time, and respond to email. Their prices are fine but I don't shop here to get a good deal. They stand behind their products and will make good recommendations. Unlike some, The Complete Paddler doesn't carry any low end lines. Even their recreational kayaks are the good ones. I know if I buy something from them, it is a good quality product and I can go back for advice, lessons or just to complain about some inside kayak joke, and they will pretend to think I am funny.
