I would have posted a one star, but Spike is friendly on the phone. My experience. An appointment was made, and they were a no show. I had to follow up, despite making an insane 250 non-refundable deposit. The in water hull cleaning took about 1.5 hours and I was charged over $500. Visiting the work the next day I couldn't see what they had done at all. Finally, like the other reviewer I received a note indicating that I needed to hire them for four days, four people to clean the hull properly with a $10,000+ bill. Overpriced, didn't show, under-delivered and a lame attempt to gouge at an even higher figure. There are other choices for boaters and would suggest they be taken.

Avoid, way way over priced. They charged me a non refundable $250. to get a quote for cleaning/polishing and then they quote me over $12,000. Insane prices: you could buy a nice used boat for that! Even a simple cleaning quote from them is 2-3 times what i eventually paid to the competition. You have been warned.
