I have been bringing my boat here for over ten years, since I first got in to boating. Have never had to look elsewhere for service. The crew at city are knowledgeable, friendly, extrememly reliable and most importantly, honest. I have moved out of the city and still make the drive to get my boat serviced every season. Call and book early for summer ready service. They are busy for a reason. Ask for either Dave and I guarantee you will be satisfied with the experience. Jon

My experience with City Marine was not a good one. They held my boat for 3 weeks without looking at it once. I was promised by Linda that since they did the work on the carb last fall they would look at it within 2 days,it did not happen. I would call and ask whats wrong with my boat and all i would get is give 5 min and i will call you back. That never happened. Every promise they would make, they never came through. As you can see from the pics my boat ( Tracker with the yellow stripe ) was getting buried with other boats that weren't there when i brought mine in. Seems to me Dave wants to take care the bigger boats (bigger money) wrong way of doing business. I don`t care what degrees he has as a mechanic you still need to know customer service. Tell the truth like i am right now, it goes a long way. Shame on you all.

So far so good. Brought in my outboard, the guy I dealt with was really helpful and polite. Next review will be when I get it back.
