Very nice marine. Extremely well taken care of. Entirely brand new docks and slips this year. Higher rates, but totally worth it. I believe this place is funded by city of hamilton, so upkeep is much better the private marinas. One of the nicer marinas I've seen, and definitely nicest in the harbor.

Nice break wall!

I have been a happy Liveaboard client here for over 15yrs. The new marina manager does not return phone calls or messages, is narcissistic condescending, rude, insulting and impossible to deal with. When I enquired about having my steps and dock box replaced since the marina removed and lost or destroyed them without notifying me or asking my permission, Mr Flood (the mngr) told me to stop my whining! I am disabled and need stairs to safely board my boat. This season Mr Flood decided a new way to measure boats and my slip fees have increased 44%! I live on a fixed pension and this increase threatens my ability to live where I've loved for over 15yrs with the best neighbours imaginable. Unti the Port Authority learns more about customer service andl changes are made in pricing and management I would warm all boaters to look elsewhere.
