It’s really deplorable that with less than 24 hours notice you bumped a grieving family who had booked your space for a Celebration of Life. I sincerely hope that whomever made the booking error is aware of the additional turmoil he or she caused in a family already reeling from the loss of their daughter, sister and mother just two weeks ago. And to make it even more unprofessional you relayed this information by email. I would suggest that anyone considering this venue exercise a good deal of caution as surely one of the cornerstones of owning a space for rent is to have a basic understanding of how a calendar works.
