Complete disappointment. Waited over an hour for extremely sub par food. Will not be returning. Was hoping for alternates on the lake but this will certainly not be one of them. Save your time and money and go to the Market.

My party of 6 including myself felt that something had to be said regarding our experience at Harbour Town. I'm not one to complain and this is the first review I have ever written. Let me start of by saying that the location was great & our waitress was very friendly. We had no problem there, our problem was with the dirty table, it was covered in yellow pollen which wasn't very pleasant to be eating at. Next, we were immediately informed that the restaurant was out of chicken. It was only 1pm and chicken was the main ingredient in one of the popular items on the menu so you can imagine our disappointment as most of our party had actually been interested in ordering that dish. I understand that things go out of stock eventually but for a popular item and it only being 1pm seems like they should have prepared better and bought more supplies especially something as simple as chicken. Furthermore, the pricing on the food is pretty high for the quality of food. 2 out of 6 ordered the burger that comes on a pretzel bun, both buns were stale and were hardly chewable, the burgers came with little to no sauce or dressing leaving the burgers very dry. The sides were a total of 5 chips and 3 pickles. Not much too it for the price of the burger. No party member was satisfied with the food and I don't think it's necessary to go into detail on all of the dishes. Overall I wouldn't recommend going back as the friendly staff and view is just not worth it. The quality of food is ultimately the most important part as that's what you're coming for. It was a disappointing dining experience which is truly a shame as my family lives nearby and it would have been great to have a great restaurant so close by.

Nice place to relax on the dock, catch a few fish. Dinner is expensive but delicious at the restaurant and view from lighthouse is great. They also have a bakery and store for small things in case you forgot something when going to the cottage. Also 2 boat launches one is free one pay.

Beautiful place to look off at the Kawartha Lakes. Great little store on site with quality Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream at a solid price and topped off with a neat little lighthouse at the top to snap your instagrams and get the full scenic view!
