Was looking to update my boat, and I have purchased Honda product from this dealer before, So I went in to look at boats. They spent a lot of time with me to show me my different options. Very knowledgable and extremely patient with me while I made my decision. No pressure sales approach. Made me feel like family. Love my new boat, and will never go to any other dealership. Thank you to the whole team at DeWildt Marine.

I bought a boat today but bought somewhere else. Poor service and attitude. I went and bought a 14 ft SmokerCraft instead at a great dealership near Hagersville. I told you I was buying today.

Fairly good experience buying my boat overall, BUT I gave it to them to store and winterize etc this past winter. Made arrangements to pick on a Saturday last week. Got there and paid. They said it's ready to go just inside the gate. I went to get it and ALMOST drove away with it when I realized there were no ratchet tie-downs. That would have been an interesting drive home to Brantford! Looked inside the boat cover to see if they were in there and guess what..... It was someone else's boat.. Not mine... That would have been great had I took it home!! Basically the same boat / colours as mine etc. I think a newer year though. So found out my boat was still wrapped and I had to come back another day to get it. So I drove back down again to Hamilton and picked it up. Lots of Sorry's from the service Dept fellow and an offer of ....wait for it... $40 for the problem. Seriously?? That's my gas to get there and back twice. That was an insult. I was offered more for of a credit if I "store" it again next year. Frankly the way this was handled makes me have no confidence in these guys. I almost took someone else's boat. I won't store again and I would not recommend buying from these guys as the after service was terrible.
