AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I recently purchased a Yamaha Jet boat from Southwest Marine and first off I would like to comment that the couple negative reviews posted here are far from the experience that we had purchasing our boat and every trip I have had to the dealership since has been no different. I dealt with Dave and he answered all our questions, gave me a wicked trade in value on my previous boat and after searching everywhere in Ontario for a similar boat, his price was also the best! That gives a 5 star alone... On top of all that he didn’t pressure us into buying but gave us all the info we needed to pull the trigger. We had decided that since this was a bigger boat we would like to keep it docked in Grand Bend so we don’t need to constantly be towing it back and forth. The waiting list for docking is long but Dave was able to track down a spot for us. We could not have got a better location! I have also had service done there and both times it was exactly as I hoped it would be. To take things to the next level...I participate in a local ducks unlimited chapter and the past two season I’ve asked Southwest if they would be willing to make a small prize donation and they didn’t flinch at the idea either time and went above and beyond with the Donations!!! Couldn’t be happier with the boat or the service we received!! Is there a way I can add more stars?? Lol I would recommend my friends and family to this business without a doubt! Thanks again for the great service, Jason, Deanna & Tommy

Had a great experience dealing with Dave and the crew at SW marine. Excellent purchase experience and followup service appointments. I drive 2 hours to get my waverunner serviced here and pass another dealer along the way....I trust SW marine with my machine.

Wow, where to start. I'm going to rate this place a single star only because I cannot submit it as "no stars". Whom ever Mr. Rowe was fortunate enough to deal with either no longer works there or is his buddy. Let me tell you about my experiences at this dealership. My family and I are looking for a fish/ski boat and Crestliner is at the top of my list for choices. That being said we attended there at the end of summer in 2015 to see what was available, prices, options etc.. The teenager that was working the front desk that day did his best but did not know anything about inventory, pricing, financing or if there were any boats to look through other then peaking under the covers of the one's in the front parking lot. Which, by the way, was for us to go pull off the covers to look inside with no sales assistance. He was certainly very happy to provide me with boat pamphlets which in this day and age are dinosaurs as far as I'm concerned (I have the internet and can read about the boats there). This experience did not sour my opinion about Southwest Marine, I chalked it up to what was likely a summer job and a kid doing his best. Then comes today, Monday March 21st 2016, the day I lost two hours of my life. I decided to make the trip from London to see what used boats may be available now, what may be coming in on trade and discuss pricing on a couple models that are of interest to me. Upon arrival I entered the office and observed a dark haired employee, 35-45 years old approximately, sitting in the office near the front counter. I stood at the front counter wondering if he was alone or if perhaps there was another staff member in the back area. This employee (or owner for all I know) saw me there as we made eye contact but continued speaking to the male in his office. This initially made me believe there must be someone else working as he made no effort to signal he would be coming or acknowledge my presence. So I walked around, looked at the print out of used boats they had, not knowing whether this was current or not. I then looked at life jacket, radios, anchors, outboards, skis and just about anything else I could look at to kill time despite having absolutely no interest in. Nothing. So I stood back at the counter in front of his glass office door while he continued chatting with what must have been his buddy. Their conversation was not about a boat sale from what I heard but instead, was his buddy talking about the "new f**cken boat launch the're putting in" and other various f-bomb riddled sentences. Again, without a single acknowledgment of my presence, a quick door opening to say "I'll be with you in a moment" or "Can I help you". Brutal. So instead I walked out, perused the plastic wrapped boats outside for another few minutes but the customer service remained absent. Wow. I will be buying a boat this spring but it will certainly not be from this business, so glad I made the hour drive.

These employees won't even leave the front door to show inventory. Left and purchased a boat from Hully Gully instead. Stay away from this place.
