West Marine staffer just hung up on me on the phone. He tole me to overnight parts from California would be $30. The he said the neighboring store had the part in stock. I then asked if they could have it sent over and he said that would cost $30. I questioned why it would be a $30.00 charge to overnight from another local West Marine an hour away. He then told me to go and pick it up myself and hung up. Keep in mind I told him I am currently at the local transient dock and have no car or way to get to the other store. Thanks West Marine! Status Quo achieved. No help whatsoever and I don't want to call back and get the same West Marine staffer.

Had to return an unused item, hassle free. Had an interesting conversation with the gentleman behind the counter. He was from Trinidad and quite, knowledgeable regarding boats.

Prices a bit high but quality goods and great selection. Very helpful staff. In Cleveland this is an reliable place to get the thing you need for water sports.

The staff was very helpful and professional. They even had a few suggestions on where I could get something that they didn't have. Have purchased from them in the past and with their price matching and their contribution to the youth sailing foundation for any of my purchases there is no reason to buy from anyone else.

Very helpful and a good selection although a little high on some things but thats to be expected from a specialty store. Ill be back for sure.
