Very good staff who know what they are doing. I purchased a Legend from them recently, and everything went smooth from start to finish. I had an issue with a defective part, and it was sorted out for me quickly. Everything was set up and tuned great. Thanks a lot !

My father went it to repair his boat and came by to pick it up and found it full of water because no one took the water plug out or Installed our boat cover. Very disapointing as this is not the first time we are dissapointed by their work.

I have purchased a boat from OBW and the service was top notch and they tried to answer every questions i asked. Do not forget the negative feedback are probably in the prime season and everyone expect for them to drop everything to serve them. Be patient and they will help you... Thank you.

Horrible customer service! Waited close to an hour. Multiple employees walked by but said it wasn’t there section to help. Went early afternoon wasn’t even busy! I will make sure to tell everyone how awful the customer service is here! Permanently lost a customer! This place is a waste of time save your gas and money! Don’t visit this boat store!!
