Mike Runs an A+ Service Department. Very Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff. The Service Department is Bar None the Best I Have Been To. Very Direct and Honest, Not Pushy to Sell You Parts You Don't Need and Only Charge You For What You Agreed. As Long As I Am A Boat Owner, I Will Be A Colony Customer.

Have purchased two new pontoons from Colony Marine, most recently a Crest. Great experience working with Anthony. He was responsive pre and post sale and helped us quickly get a warranty issue corrected that came up a few months after delivery.

Brought boat in to get service done on outdrives the repair to the outdrives was complete but I noticed my windshield was completely smashed. Brought it up to the service manager and he denied all responsibility for replacing but it was on their property when it happened and are continuing to deny all responsibility
