Purchased a used 2012 snowmobile. Blew the clutch first day out. Took it back to railside and was told driver error....bull!!! Service dept failed to tell me that there was up grade to be done on the clutch. Service dept put in a used clutch without the updates...needless to say we had trouble with the machine from that day foward. But thanks to Intercity Power Sports who actually told me the truth..the machine is back to working after a huge bill...that could have been avoided if Railside had done there job and been honest from the beginning. Buyers beware!!!

Purchased 2 new sleds over the last couple of years. Both sales were handled with no issues and good prices were negotiated. The only issue on one of the sleds has been an intermittent starter motor (an Arctic Cat common issue) which was replaced under warranty with no discussion needed. The seat was also replaced as stitching was starting to come undone - something I hadn’t even mentioned to them. Very impressed so far.

The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful! I have been shopping with them for 5 years and have always had amazing experiences! I always leave the shop with so much more knowledge and confidence! They have a large stock of products and are willing to order in any specialized parts and gear! They really take a personal interest in helping customers. Joe and his staff helped me get geared up and tuned up for all my winter and summer adventures and were even able to help me choose the right gear and order it in for me if they didnt have it available. They have shipped me parts across the country when i was out riding and needed to keep going! Love railside!

I have been dealing with Railside the past few years, Joe and all of the staff have always been extremely helpful and awesome to deal with. The first time I dealt with them they installed a jaws big shark kit on my M8000. They did it quick, right and the sled was a monster after! I was so happy dealing with them I decided to snow check a 2018 Mountain Cat. I ordered some after market parts to be installed on the sled before I picked it up and they gladly installed everything. To install the new running boards the old ones literally had to be cut off, they went above and beyond and touched up everything, even parts that were out of sight! Whenever I have questions or need parts (I’ve been known to break things) everyone at Railside is more than happy to help. Keep up the great work and I look forward to continue doing business with Joe and the rest of the crew at Railside Sports!
