Service

My wife and I were just treated perfect by Connor, at the help desk. Connor really knows everything about boats, but he also is a expert on we’re to fish. He has taught this old veteran so mush about how to service and keep up my boat, without me feeling like a no nothing. I enjoy every time I see Connor at Dewildt, a real throw back to the honest service manager. Thanks

Called the parts department and spoke to a gentleman that was helpful about getting a new part for my outboard engine and purchasing a new engine. He looked up my part number and said there was a few in stock and to bring in my old part just to confirm and mentioned that some other models use the same part. Came by a day and a half later to pick it up and a different guy was at the counter and told me they have none in stock and must order one. I explained all this above but he didn’t take the time to talk to the other guy that helped me on the phone or to look at my old part to match up with other parts in stock. I don’t mind ordering parts but I drove all that way to pick up a part that was told was in stock and to look at a new engine for my boat but left with nothing. Went straight to the other marine place in town and got the parts I needed and I picked out a new engine that is now on order.

Dewilt Marine has a Great staff, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products they have to offer. From boats to generators, great selection of fun stuff. My experience is excellent from the sales people, parts guys, and service personal. Fast turn around and quality workmanship from the service department to the parts guys.

I stopped at this location while en route to my cottage north of Barrie. The sales team was very nice. They listened, I didn't feel any pressure during the discussions. They have aot of product to show and appear quite knowledgeable. I would recommend a visit for any machine.

They used the wrong wiring, crossed my led lighting with speaker wire. They did not wire my speakers correctly. Fibreglass/gel coating had to be re-done. Boat was dropped off in Oct 2017 got it back mid June 2018. I was extremely patient with them, never made a fuss believe they would make things right. D Marinier Update: July12th 2018 Everything has been fixed properly, they did make sure that all was in order and to my satisfaction.
