Super friendly, helpful but, rushed staff. Still thee to answer questions though. Great prices and products. Bought a camper and will return for my next boat.

We were in Thunder Bay camping with our trailer (from Toronto) and we had an issue with a loose fitting in our Reese weight distribution hitch. Brad took a look and said " leave it with me overnight. " They called us the next day. He had fixed it, added a couple of spot welds and repainted it for us. Better than new! No charge too. You are lucky to have a shop like this in town. Thanks Brad!

In 2017, my husband and I were searching for just the right travel trailer to satisfy our needs for seasonal living in Canada. We're from the states, but we couldn't find the right model down there. I happened to visit Smith's website only to find the perfect Jayco for us. We were thoroughly impressed with the way the transaction was conducted, from Elvin's help in sales to Carol's help in the finance department. As we visited the dealership, we were also impressed with all the employees we met. The fact that so many of them had been with the company for a long time spoke volumes about the way they were treated as employees. Lastly, after the sale, we worked with Ben 'hat trick' Hettrick, the general manager, to resolve a warranty issue. With Hedi's help in the service department, along with an expert service tech, Ben's crew resolved the issue perfectly. We couldn't be happier with our Jayco, and we trust that the folks at Smith's will be there to meet our needs in the years to come. Thanks to all who helped us acquire our 'summer home'.

Very good selection of RVs and boats on site. Very knowledgeable sales people who are not to pushy. They do a good job helping you figure out what is really important to you which can be daunting with all the choices available. Excellent and helpful service department. My RV is permanently parked at camp so I can't bring it in but they are always willing to give me advice on how to fix things myself
