There is just nothing negative I can say about my experience with R&J Machine. The level of customer service we received from both sales and the office staff is only surpassed by the magnificent quality of the docks and decks we purchased from them. If you want to replace old docks or you are starting a new project, I can not emphasize enough that your first and only call should be to R&J Machine. You will not be disappointed.

After meeting with 3 dock manufacturers and seeing their products at neighbouring lots, went with R&J given the overall structural design and quality of their lift up docks. Derek was great work with and after a number of primarily weather driven delays we were very pleased with the installed dock and flag pole. Lift up crew this fall were great as well.

Our experience with R&J has been excellent. They have earned their reputation through exceptional workmanship and hands-on customer service. The entire staff is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. A great team, reflective of their owners.

The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. They were really helpful in determining what was needed for my new boat and ended up going with a cantilevered lift and dock. All the install crews were timely and extremely professional when on site. Highly recommend R&J for your dock/lift needs

We are thrilled with our new dock. It was the focal point of our summer at the cottage on Pigeon Lake. Watching the sunset, star-gazing, kayaking and canoeing with the Paddler's Pal, swimming and diving using the handy ladder; water-skiing, boating, and fishing were all made possible with the secure, steady dock - well-designed, built and installed by R&J Machine!
