Wonderful marina and staff. I came here to get my mast raised after traversing the Trent-Severn Waterway. The two employees who ran the crane and helped me in many ways, Mike & Jim, we’re outstanding. They were very careful getting the mast raised properly, and lended a friendly hand on a few other tasks for this aging solo sailor. When raising the mast I discovered that somewhere along the way I lost the little connector that hooks the mast VHF antenna cable to the one at the mast step. The only store that had one was in Midland, about a 15-20 minute drive. Kristen in the office drove me there in her own car and refused my offer of payment. What service! The friendly staff at the gas dock were very helpful getting me docked there when it was blowing pretty hard. The shower facilities are nice, and the onsite restaurant, Henry’s, has good food at reasonable prices, and they don’t seem to mind a sweaty old guy showing up for food. Overall a 10/10 for the staff and facilities. (And it’s pretty rare for me to give anything a 10!)

Amazing marina, friendly service staff and incredible boat related services. I brought my 3607 Carver to be hoisted out and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Would definitely recommend this to any boater look for a full time marina or for use of their mechanical and technical assistance.
