Be very careful dealing with them, the hours On the invoice will not match the actual hours spent working on your boat, its so out of wack I had to get other quotes after the job was already done to see just how much they overcharged. When the hourly rate is $110 and they add 3 extra hours to your bill it adds up quickly. I personally will never take my boat there again, live and learn

I've had experience with several marinas and marine repair services over the years and Purser is outstanding by any comparison I can make. Always cheerful, friendly, helpful and honest. Kerry has helped me out of more than a few 'emergencies' and had me back in operation quickly. Keep up the good work guys!

I was in need of a shifter cable for my 2002 Larson 330 and call Purser marine service, as I was very far from my home Marina. The people were very friendly and the repairs were done very well. But I have to say the bill for a job that took for the time the boat was out of the water, repaired and put back in the water, all of 55mins. It was done outside at the ramp and I stood and watched as the boat was repaired. They charged me 3 hours labour for this job at more than $100.00 per hour, plus close to $300.00 to take the boat out and put it back in the water. needles to say the bill was over $900.00 with the price of the cable added in. Funny thing is when I asked then how business was, they said slow. Wonder why?? It's marine service like this that will in the end kill the boating industry. So my recommendation, if you don't need there service, don't go there, unless money is no object. I would not recommend Purser Marine Service, as in my opinion there just out to take what ever money they can and are not looking for repeat business from what could have been a new customer like myself. PS. I did make some calls when I returned home and could have got this job done from $390.00 to as high as $650.00 plus tax from every one I called, I called 5 marina's after I was home
