The owner Al, Blaine and there receptionist were very helpful. They are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Their mechanic took the time to explain to us the problem with our sled. They are very honest and knowledgeable . We felt very reassured when we left their location. Thanks again Haliburton RPM.

Al, Blaine and his Team were wonderful to deal with. Thank you for your warm welcome, knowledgeable and professional advice, and great service. I was a true pleasure to meet all of you. You have significantly contributed to the great family vacation we had in Haliburton, Ontario.

Visited RPM recently and dealt with Cheryl, she was very helpful, knew her products and answered every question i had. The owners are very nice as well and if your looking to rent a boat seadoo etc then I'd highly recommend stopping by if your in the area.

Was very disappointed with the service I received the other day. I asked for $20 worth of gas but the gentleman proceeded to fill up the tank. I made sure to say it twice and I also had the $20 bill in my hand. What got me was the was the snarky comment I received after tell him for the third time I only ask for $20. Instead of getting a I'm sorry for the confusion, I received a very harsh "your still going on I pay for that right". Of course I proceeded to pay the $62 that I owed without a fight. We are directly across the lake from RPM and have supported them for years as we store our boat with them. I was just shocked with the service and hopefully this was a one time thing.
