The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful, even once you're out on the lake. A simple phone call and they offer tonnes of help or advice on best places to moor for the night, or fun spots to visit. While driving a 52' houseboat was quite challenging, I've got amazing memories with my family. If you're looking to rent a houseboat on the Trent-Severn waterway... these are the people you need to talk to.

Rented a house boat for a bachelor party. We had 7 men in a 10 sleeper and had ample room. The staff was professional and ensured we had everything we needed to make the weekend a success. Took the house boat to the other end of Balsam lake about 3 locks and about 8 hours driving, which cost us $320 in gas filling up midway on the way back. A great experience would recommend to anyone. Would suggest having someone on board with boating experience as the locks can be dicey at times. Otherwise, one of the best options for a bachelor party or family weekend.

Great place to hire a houseboat, we hired a 12 sleeper and it was big enough for us. Staff were very helpful and detailed about using and what to do.
