Rented a jet ski today out of grand bend. Luke was amazing, he covered everything before we went out on the water. He answered all of my questions. All around a great time. Will rent from him again soon. Very happy with my rental.

Me and my boyfriend rented one jet ski in Grand Bend, he was on time, the jet ski worked perfect, no problems. I highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely rent from him again this summer. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Luke!

As mentioned in earlier reviews; this guy is a complete con-artist. This is not a legitimate business. He pulled the same stunts with me. Was 3 hours late, showed up with a broken machine, and stole my money. I'm working on getting my money back as well. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this guy one cent.

Do not waste your time or money. This guy is a liar. My husband and I wanted to rent two seadoos from this guy last summer (2016) we paid him a deposit and arranged a time and location to meet us (Barrie) He showed up 4 hrs late. Now we did not live in Barrie so we were just sitting around waiting for him. When he showed up he said he had car problems (over heating) fair enough it can happen to anyone. We took the seadoos and went out. We decided not to go out for the full time, so we called him to come back and get the seadoos. We paid him in full despite being late and not using the full time allocated. We decided this summer (2017) we wanted to do it again with friends. We called deep wave rentals. Paid a deposit and set a time to meet. An hour before we had to meet he called to cancel, said that he had to move and could not leave his girlfriend alone to do it. We offered him more money to come (out of desperation) as we were already in Barrie and our friends were on there way up from the city. He agreed to come and said he would be there in an hr and half. Every hour that passed after the said time he messaged us and push it another hour due to car problems (over heating) the same excuse he gave us last year. After doing this to us 5 times (4pm) my husband told him to forget it and return out deposit. He then proceeded to message me and ask if he should still come. We directed him not to bother as it was late in the day. He advertises that he can deliver to Barrie but complains to the customer that its too far. We will never use this guy again or recommend him to others.
