We Booked this online for Saturday 22nd July at 2.00pm. When arriving at the pier at 1:45 . After waiting 25 minutes for this boat . Which should've been booked for 2 o'clock . At 2:25 The boat arrived . The heavens opened and it started to rain . We thought that would be okay because on the website they said they give out waterproof jackets and trousers . When the weather is so bad . I saw other boats going out and all the guests were wearing full waterproof coats and trousers . To my amazement this was a different boat operator. When I asked the gentleman who was giving out the lifejackets do we get waterproof coats as the weather is terrible . To my astonishment he only had three coats in stock and all small sizes . So our group of four decided not to go on this boat trip as the weather was so bad and there was no waterproof clothing provided. How can you advertise on your website that you provide full waterproof clothing bad weather and when your guests arrive you do not have equipment you are advertising. We were so disappointed with this experience and as well as losing out financially . Please book with a different rib tour operator.

The "absolute nuts" of an experience, we had a poodle down to Tower Bridge before the boat "took off" at 30 knots towards Canary Wharf, our RIB boat had a guide with excellent banter and a skipper who didn't miss an opportunity to make us scream at high speed once we were in the faster wider stretch of the Thames, well worth the money and can 100% recommend : )

Very disappointed by experience. Gave two stars only because of super helpful sales team. Got very sick and had to rebook, they were very nice and helpful and had no problems with getting my booking. BUT experience itself.. Really disappointed. We had 25 min ride only, I understand it s short itself anyway, but I had no idea that 20 of those 25 min speed will be slower than any of this big cruises. I guess people book this rib boats for the speed, not for the sightseeing. So I'm not bothered by lack of the safety instructions or lack of comments on any sightseeing. It was slow, unexciting. I can even say boring. Clippers go the way faster between piers, than this boat. Would not recommend.

This was the second time I have been on a RIB tour. The first was fantastic. Today I was very disappointed. I had originally booked for last Thursday but this RIB cancelled 4 hours before. Grandchildren very disappointed. A very pleasant man rebooked us after I phoned them. Today's trip was running a little late. The commentary was shorter and less informative and there was no music was there was before. Definitely less of a fun experience.

I booked a ride for 4pm one day and arrived on time. The boat left before 4pm and I was told I should have came 15 minutes early. I informed them that I was not told to come 15 minutes early and if I had I would have. They told me I should have received a confirmation e-mail stating this but I said I did not receive any e-mails. I was then told to speak to a member of the sales team named Sebastian. He came up to me in a very aggressive manner and told me I could not get on the ride and every costumer receives a confirmation e-mail. I show him the e-mail sent to me which was actually by this man himself and he only said I'm booked in for 4pm and he said "well you must have deleted the confirmation", just accusing me of lying, and being very in my face. I said I did not delete any e-mails and said I can show my trash e-mails and he said "do you think i'm stupid? Call head office to sort it." And he then walked right off when I was talking. At the end, I said a very strong complaint about this man to head office and then they confirmed I did not even receive a confirmation e-mail. He accused me of lying and did not show his face after to apologise. I received such bad costumer service from this and no sales team should be aggressive to their costumers, especially young females. Overall, I did get onto a ride because I was in the right, but a very bad costumer service experience which made me feel uncomfortable and do not recommend at all as he did not even come back to apologise. Not worth the money.
