Really pleased with the club so far! My love for Dragon boating wouldn't have been as much if it wasn't for the wonderful members of Typhoon. Never have I felt so much at home whilst being in a sports club. I have met so many interesting and inspirational people in this journey of discovering this niche (yet constantly gaining popularity) water sport. I feel really fortunate to be here; participating in races with this elite team, constantly bringing home trophies and medals!

Typhoon Dragon Boat Club are a warm, supportive, social, inclusive team and the most successful in London. They offer top coaching to enable you to improve in both fitness and technical ability at a rapid rate. Typhoon cater to people that just want to get fit and lose a little weight, right up to those that want to take it seriously and compete at a national or international level. Be warned the 2 free sessions are just to get you hooked, once you’re addicted it’ll change your life.

A welcoming sports club, combining; fun, socials, friendship, fitness, competition, UK & international racing, opportunities & support for GB team entry. High quality coaching team, able to take you from novice to high level, working on technique, strength and race discipline. Wide background of people ranging from the casual social summer paddler, to seasoned GB paddlers.

Regular training on 20 person dragonboats and single boats. Welcoming to new paddlers, helps with learning technique and timing. Good exercise. Definitely worth getting in touch to give it a try.
