Horrible service... took my boat there because it wouldn't start... said they adjusted carborator and replaced impeller... there was nothing wrong with the impeller! Paid the bill happy to have boat back brought it home opened the motor to find gear shift linkage lying on bottom motor... called to them things were not put back together.. they were did not say bring it back to take a look they just said it was something I did and would accept no responsibility. .. I put the linkage back together went out on the lake and boat stalls when I open up throttle.... caused more problems by bringing the boat in... horrible experience do not bring anything in for service here!

Very unhappy with price of repair.MAKE SURE YOU GET A PRICE BEFORE YOU GET WORK DONE.not from front desk.TALK TO REPAIR PERSON OR YOU TO COULD END UP WITH A BIG BILL FOR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SMALL JOB . I DID NOT LEAVE PEACES IN A BOX LIKE YOU SAID IT WAS A COMPLEAT LOWER UNIT FROM A 1998 30 HP EVENRUDE TO HAVE TWO SEALS PUT IN YES I SAID TWO SEALS .THATS ALL I ASKED FOR....$ 375. 35 AND $ 37.OO for an impeller.THIS WAS A RIP OFF.

Do not take your boat for any repairs here! I am not a complainer but when I pay over $2000 for work to be done I expect that work to be done! I dropped my boat off April 8 and asked if I could have my boat back by may 24 long weekend I drove by couple weeks later and noticed the shrink wrap was taken off soo I assumed they were working on it! I had called the Monday before the long weekend and they said it won’t be ready till may 24th soo they had the boat over a month and took the shrink wrap off and left it exposed to the elements! I had paid for new battery boxes size 27 I got size 24 soo my batteries are sitting on an angle and don’t fit! I had them fix the fuel gauge because I knew it wasn’t working properly. Well I get the boat out finally and of course I run out of fuel and needed to b rescued with the kids out tubing! I paid for the speedo to be fixed never was! I paid for the carb to be rebuilt and still has the same problems as before I brought it in! They Told me everything is running great! I know some of the basics when it comes to repairs but usually ground wires are supposed to be attached to a ground source but there is a bunch that are just in limbo! Soo now it’s been taken to a reputable marina to b fixed again because they couldn’t do it right the first time! Now I will not have a boat for another 3 weeks! Thanks upper Canada marine for nothing! Thanks for your reply but I had spoken with someone there about the boxes and said they were 27 and I believe I had sent pictures of the batteries via text to someone there. And I appreciate the offer but I will not be bringing the boat back.

Great place to find a boat

Dropped in the other day as I was driving home with my Sea Doo. The service mgr. (I can't remember his name) was very helpful in having a tech come out to my machine as I had an issue. I bought 2 spark plugs for $14 and gave him an extra $11 to buy coffee for his crew. The service on such short notice was great! I live in the GTA but would drive the 2 hours to have my machines serviced there if this is an indication.
