SUPER SERVICE - Graham and Pauline are super friendly. Had an error code on my 115 hp Evinrude E-Tec and decided to take the one hour trip south to Wright's Marina in Britt. Called Graham and instantly he understood how important it was for me to scan my engine and determine what error code was. As soon as I arrived he had his laptop hooked up to my motor and determined my boat motor detected water in my fuel. He changed the fuel filter and with my request, my spark plugs and tested the motor on the boat launch. In under one hour I was back up and running, error free and with some very good advise. I feel like I met a new friend today. Best service yet at a marina and/or recreational toy business I have visited. Thank you Graham and your friendly staff :)

Went far above and beyond our expectations. Our customers had a two week vacation and traveled all the way from Tennessee and their 40 Etec died. Graham had the parts in stock and sent them down to Parry Sound in the evening along with his tech Scott and had the boat back up and running the following day. Totally saved their holiday!! A++++
