A must-do activity when visiting the falls (Canadian side). We bought our tickets online the night before, avoiding the ticket line. We arrived at 1130am on a summer Friday. Line was always moving, so my 8 & 12 yr old didn't complain, though we waited 45 minutes or so. Very good considering how long it could've been. Got a good spot on the rail on the upper deck, but the lower deck is supposed to be better for photos, since it gets pretty wet as you get close to the falls. Ponchos provided keep you dry and our feet stayed dry thankfully. Great experience!

Such a fun experience! We went around 9:15 in the morning and didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff were very helpful and attentive to getting us where we needed to be. Once we were on the boat we only waited maybe 10 minutes before departing. Such a cool view of both falls and nice that they provide the ponchos! Loved all the videos and would definitely do it again!

A must do event. The crew and land staff are very professional and efficient. The process to get on the boat and off goes very quickly. When you get there it looks like there is a line but it moves so fast it is barely a factor. You will get wet but honestly it is awesome. When I go back I’m going to bring a pair of tinted goggles so I can see in the heart of the mist (80m) from the falls. Bucket list item.

You get very wet, but it is also one of the coolest things I have ever done. I would definitely suggest standing in the right side of the boat. (that is the way the boat turns so you get to see everything) and also there is this wonderful part when the most completely clear just for a few seconds and you look and are completely surrounded by water falls (it feels like). It was just do awesome to see the falls that way.

Fun boat ride to see the falls. The views are amazing. The ticket buying is super simple. Just use the kiosk it’s the fastest way get your tickets and be on your way. Defiantly recommend going before 10am. We went around 9am and the crowds weren’t too bad. When our ride was done there were huge lines waiting for the next one. We got on just before the crowds. One other thing, try to board when the boat arrives at the dock to get a good spot otherwise you be standing behind people with the best view. Great experience if you are in Niagara Falls in Canada.
