We bought a used trailer from Layzee Acres. The purchase process was good, as was the walk through at pick up. We had an issue with the Propane side of the water heater when we got home with the trailer. I called and talked to Alex about the issue and she said it was no problem to fix it. The only issue was that I live 3 hours away. I asked her if she could send me the part instead of towing my trailer all the way there for a 5 min fix. About a week later the part came in and now it works perfectly! Thanks for the wonderful service!

We purchased a new Hampton park model. We were extremely happy with the people who took care of us. I'm sorry I cant remember everyone name. We were given the best price we could find, and I searched all of Ontario. We are in Belleville. There were no hidden fees. (One dealer we went to had over $5000 in extra fees!) We saved approximately $6000 on comparable models and ours had more features. Our orientation was very thorough and the couple of things we found were addressed and taken care of. The gentlemen who delivered and set it up were amazing. Extremely talented in getting it put next to our existing deck, as close as the trailer we pulled out was. Very professional setup and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend them. I was nervous when I saw some of the bad reviews but I have nothing but praise.

Went to purchase trailer today listed inside trailer was 15995. Went to do paperwork and told it was priced incorrectly it was 16495. I pulled it up on my phone said it was 16395. If they cant come down to the price listed what kind of service would we get if had purchased. Wont go there again headed to another lot to pitchase because we sold our trailer

If you buy a used camper here do a thorough inspection I regretted not doing that bought a camper two years ago massive water damage in the slide and the roof. They just made it look pretty on the outside all the wood was rotten underneath the roof and in the wall

Nice people but service and communication are abysmal. No systems in place or communication between sales and service. Sales very reassuring that they'll "take care of it"... but they absolutely will not, even with your follow up. Completely disorganized, items ordered are lost or "oh was that for you? Let me see if I can find it". Just bought a camper from them, and if we could do it again we'd go somewhere else.
