Been dealing with the team at Pete's for years and have bought 5 brand new machines with them as well as tons of parts and service hours. They have been amazing to deal with and will be the only Can-Am dealer I will work with. Highly recommended.

This review is a little late coming, but I will never forget the amazing service they provided to me back in May 2024. I was traveling across Ontario and into Quebec backcountry on my new 2024 Husqvarna Norden 901 Expedition when I noticed my swingarm bolt was missing! I was essentially STRANDED unless I could find a replacement. The staff at Pete's were AMAZING and did everything they could to get me on my way safely. After looking at options, they decided that taking a bolt off a similar Norden on the showroom floor was the best bet (for me), and then get a replacement from Husqvarna under my warrantee. They fixed me up, and covered everything under my warrantee, and wished me safe travels. You guys are AMAZING. Thank You !!

Had a flat tire replaced with inner brakes tube. Made it back to Ottawa and the tube was flat the next day. Drove all the way back and they replaced the tube. Tire was off the bike all winter and I put it on in the spring, sat on the bike and it went flat again. They have ignored my calls and emails. Total rip-off! Old stock parts. Take your bike anywhere else! Would have been cheaper to tow home! They replied asking me to contact them which I did. Told me that they would have a decision by the end of the day. Never heard from them. Total rip-off place. Find a friend with a pickup and go somewhere else. Been waiting for 2 months for them to reply. Obviously they just want me to get tired and go away. Stay away from this place!

Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but Pete's Sale and Service has it in spades. I was in a tight spot recenntly and needed a female fuel line connector for a small portable Honda outboard. I called a bunch of places, but nobody had what I needed... until I tried Pete's. Sam in the Parts and Service department went above-and-beyond, tracked down a used one in the shop and saved our butts, allowing us to complete the work we needed to do. What could have been a miserable, failed trip turned into a very successful and memorable one thanks to Sam and the rest of the staff at Pete's. Thanks again!!!

I am a newer ATV rider and a CAF veteran of 20+ years, and know I can trust Pete's - especially the head of the service department. I bought my first ATV (Canam Outlander 500 Max XT) used from a person on-line. It had been sitting for months and I didnt know much about it. I brought it to Pete's for a full inspection. They showed me 1 - 2 minor issues and some things that could be done later, item by item, none expensive. It has been fully safe, reliable and road ready for months. I go 100+ kms on my own out into the bush, and have put 1,000kms on it already. The machine has worked perfectly thanks to Pete's. I bought a second Canam Outlander 500 (2024) at Pete's for a fair price, and have been getting top notch, immediate services.
