There were definitely some positives to our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our site was great. However, the washrooms were filthy, the firewood is basically kindling and completely ridiculous to pay 10 dollars for that. The roads are completely deteriorating. They have potholes everywhere and it takes about 10 minutes just to get out of the park because every 2 feet it seems is another speed bump. This place has a lot of potential and the scenery at the beachside is beautiful but they really need to take the time to clean more efficiently and pour some money into improvements. Bit of a disappointment for sure!

Pros: Beautiful and clean area. Great Biking trail around the lake Huge lake with good variety of fish Cheap worms Reasonable rental fees Friendly staff Cons: Steep camping fees Firewood is overpriced. Wood sucks and the bundle isn't enough to keep a fire going for more than an hour or so. "Radio Free" zone is situated right along the highway, so you get to listen to transport trucks using their engine brakes all day and night. Far too many motorhomes/big box campers. Way too many sports boats on the water who do not respect the no wake zone. Made it hard to canoe and fish. *Should not be called a conservation area, it is definitely a motorhome trailer park first and foremost* Conclusion - Great place to visit for a weekend or day of fishing, biking, or hiking. Personally will not camp at Wildwood again as it was not enjoyable.

Boat docks are falling apart, no fuel for the seasonal boaters, every year this camp ground gets worse

I've only used the trails here for mountainbiking/hiking. I always enjoyed them.

They nickle and dime you. Those thames parks want you to pay to bring you car and boat in even If your camping. And the sites are on top of each other!
