Absolutely, hands down, one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with in my 50 years of living. Such poor service if you are forced to maintain/repair your boat here. Waiting for weeks, next to zero communication, costs are sky high. Since they are the only marina on the lake, they know they can get away with it. If there was anyone else close by, I would never go back to this miserable business again. If you need anything more than gas for your boat, bring it up with you. Trust me in saying it would be easier to pull your boat out of the water and take it elsewhere. Wish there was a “0” star review.

Brought my boat in to get a cooling impeller installed and to check for a leak, I was told it would take about two weeks to get fixed. I checked in with them on the status just before two weeks was up and after many phone calls not being answered or returned they finally answered and told me that they have to order the parts. After another few weeks they said the parts are still on order and they are not sure on the holdup. I called around and found the part in Barrie and had it delivered to them. They installed it and charged me a fair price for install. Two hours labour . They also told me that they added a bit of sillicone to a few spots and floated the boat for a day and it seems much better. My only Issue is that they are to busy to answer the phone or return calls. When I got back to Barrie I noticed that my boat had some major scrapes and light dings on one side of it. The paint has been scraped off. I have been trying to call them for a few days with no answer to address this. The worst part is that I have bumpers on the other side which can easily be moved from side to side. I hope they see this and get back to me. And they are more carful in the future to other people’s boats
