I've only really spent time in the metal detector section. The stay is very knowledge and very friendly. I've spent more time chatting with staff learning things from them than I've spent making my selection. The staff has actually saved me money on not making pricey purchases when there is another tool on the shelf that does the same for less. It is all a matter of what you actually need for the job you are trying to do, and they'll point that out to you when you're there. I've spent quite a bit at this store and plan on showing quite a bit more. Very happy customer here.

I purchased a Whistler TRX-1 a couple years ago. Scanner was only used lightly a handful of times. I brought it back recently with a problem in the keypad. Just received a phone call from the service dept mentioning the warranty was 1 yr and they cannot get parts from Whistler to repair my issue. I now have to send the scanner to Arkansas for service. All in all I am a tiny bit upset. I am not going to bash Radioworld, for selling a $700.00 scanner knowing that servicing these things after warranty is none existent, but I just would like to give a heads up to anyone considering buying a Whistler product. Maybe the Uniden would have been a better buy for me. Jack

Excellent selection of navigation and radio products. I went for motorcycle 🏍️RAM mounts. Also excellent service from staff. Got what I requested and had my questions answered. Also had a nice conversation about motorcycle events. Will visit again when needed 😀

Very dissatisfied with the last service experience I had. The staff did nothing to assist with the one after sales question I had, but had no problem suggesting a 400 dollar top end radio I may not be suited for at the time of purchase . I could have bought the radio for over 100 less on Amazon but I thought it was worth buying in person for the instore product knowledge from the "experts". Instead I was treated as if I was lucky to be served at all. What a pompous attitude. As a long time customer I won't be returning. The place is going downhill fast, and they are doing it to themselves .

I found this store on Google. The store was very organized and the gentleman that was in charge of CB's was polite and efficient. I definitely recommend this place for anything relating to CB's and accessories
