We had such a fun time on the canal on our kayak. We felt bad for the staff because the weather wasn’t the greatest as a rain storm hit us unexpectedly. There were people on the water who attacked the staff for things that were out of their control. At no point did we feel our safety was an issue. The staff was friendly and spoke both French and English. We enjoyed our time, even a little bit wet! Our views of the city were spectacular. Highly recommended!

Spent a nice Saturday afternoon boating with my wife and 3 year old on a swan boat. We took it for an hour which was good enough. The boat is stable and doesn't topple over easily or feel wobbly which was good since I felt comfortable taking my 3 year old on it. We had a picnic on the lawns after grabbing a bite from the market next door

After going on both the electric boat and the Malibu pedal kayak, I 100% recommend the pedal kayak!! It was so fast and so much fun! The electric boat was fun as a group but goes quite slowly. If you're looking for speed, try the pedalling kayak.

Great location, staff, price and rental options. The river locks limit to 8km return unless you can portage a kayak. Still well worth the outing! Highly recommend to novice and experienced kayakers alike.
