Recently purchased a Sylvan pontoon boat from Kevin at Boat Headquarters. He took my Ranger bass boat in trade at a fair price and sold me a pretty complete package that we love using on Lake Champlain. This operation is the most professional boat sales and service facility in northern VT and NY.

Where to start, I went into Boat Headquarters I needed my engine tweaked & a lower drive unit. What I got was sold a boat I didn't need. He ( Kevin- the owner) was supposed to store the 2nd engine, so I'D have parts, which he kept & said he got rid of . But he charged me 3,000.00 for it. I pick up my boat & a tree fell on it/ never told me, & all the wood is rotted under my cushions & the feces were from 3 different animals / that I could identify. I had to power wash it & then hand scrub it 4 times before it was clean enough to ride in... Then I went through my bank receipts & I paid 400.00$ a year for storage, wrapping, & winterizing. My depth finder, & whale tail have been stolen from behind his 12 foot fences- he has 2, & his video cameras. Then he charged me 800.00 more to get rid of that boat he told me I needed to fix mine.

I had a used boat surveyed through these guys and I couldn't be happier. Very helpful and polite I will be going through these guys when I need another boat for sure.
