Boat was same as picture but a total beater: - gashes all around fiberglass - tears in upholstery - broken middle window - engine trouble (wouldn’t go over 3K RPMs, engine scarily konked out a few times) Request for partial refund was denied, and the manager/owner seemed to have the “no refunds” speech down pat from many, many, deliveries. Also, they require a $1,500 deposit, which is returned in a few days. Pretty steep considering the boat we received couldn’t have been worth more than $3-4K in its beaten down condition. I should note that the boats come with no anchors, ropes, or bumpers. The owner said she didn’t car about negative reviews. Well here you go. Accurate and well earned. One star is one too many.

Rented "Legend" 25' double-decker Premier pontoon boat. All gauges but one were not functional ! Overall boat was not dirty but certainly not clean. Most importantly boat has a heavy list to starboard and this makes the boat very not comfortable to drive. When I attempted to explain the latter to the older chap waiting to dock us his attitude was very arrogant (dude, you might have a captains license - FYI, I do too - but if you do not understand that NEW captain licenses express accreditation by displacement tonnes then you are really out of step).

Horrible service! We waited two hours for our boat! We ended up downgrading to a smaller boat and got reimbursed a portion. Management is really not organized. Every client seemed to have issues and delays!

Poor boat maintenance, poor organization, poor service made us have to wait over 2 hours to get a boat (not even the one we rented online) not recommended.

Very nice place. Pretty well maintained boat. I personally found it a little bit overpriced. And the gas I can fill up only at their pomp which is pretty expensive too. But the huge Lake and with what I think very good costumer service even though not so flexible, made it a beautiful experience.
