Enjoyed very much my 1st Legend Xcalibur 18, purchased on the used market, so when I sold it it was easy to upgrade to a Legend Xcalibur 20. Even though my 2nd purchase was also from the used market, Legend Boats in Sainte-Marte-sur-le-Lac have demonstrated Customer Service that is commendable. I quote them "We want to keep our Legend Boat Operators in the family" so the purchase of my Mercury 9.9HP kicker and all the accessories were worth the travel cross town. Bravo the personel !!

Let me start off by saying that this boat dealer is above any other I've ever had dealings with and should be your absolute first choice 👍👍 I started my process of buying a Pontoon Boat in November of 2016. I had very specific requests and was looking for some customization to be done to my craft to make it everything my wife and I wanted. First of all, our salesman Maxime was attentive and not pushy in any way. He was very informative of the crafts he had in stock as well as others that were in other properties in Canada. We finally settled on a craft they had in stock that came extremely close to what I wanted and was able to be altered for the necessary changes. What we wanted was an area at the back of the craft to be extended and made larger so as to make a queen size sleeping area for us as well as putting in a cooking area since I am an award winning chef. We made some plans and to make sure things were going to go as planned, he made a call to the manufacturer So as to be sure we could make the changes. Low and behold the President of Legend Boats (Jeff), decided to fly out from Ontario to talk to us and hear from ME exactly what changes I wanted. 3 days later I was meeting with him and Maxime at the dealership. We laughed and discussed lots of things and finally came up with the design change plan that was both affordable and acceptable to the boat builder as to be within safety standards to both of us. This is where the story takes a turn. In mid December I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. When my sales person Maxime and Jeff had heard this they stopped being my sales people and became friends. They understood me putting the boat on the back burner and have been there every step of the way with me and my family in my fight. They have sent uplifting videos of well wishes and regular texts as to my well being. I've let it be know that the sale of the boat will be going thru regardless of my outcome because it was going to be used by my family and friends for something else (charity rides). They have told me many times, "Don't worry about the boat Kevin. If and when the time comes, we are here to sell it to you. Worry about you and your family right now." This dealership is full of first class people who care about the individual that walks in their store. They are about much than about selling a boat - they are about building relationships with their customers far beyond the sale. Thank you Jeff and Maxime for caring about a single customer. Thank you for caring about me and my family. Thank you for the incredible customer service. If you're in the market, look at this dealership and legend boats. Both are first class!!
