Great place, cool people. It's what sailing should be- more of a rustic, summer camp atmosphere than anything. Only sailed the Solings- each had idiosyncracies- and really made me a better sailor. The season membership is easily the best deal I've ever encountered. If someone could replicate this place everywhere there's water, it would be great for sailing- so many more sails would be out on the water!

I took my ASA 101 certification course with the ISS. It was a 5 day course offering an educational, hands-on learn-to-sail experience on a 30' foot soling. My instructors were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Upon completing the course and passing the test, persons received a free week club membership. I ended up buying an annual membership. Benefits of club membership include personal recreational access to the club's sailboat fleet.
