Customer beware I hired this co to fix a starter on my boat! Rob the owner sent 2 young boys over to my mouring to fix it ! When they got into it they said they had to order the starter and would call when in! Months went by and they finally called and said they would have to drive it to the marina! They did do and I Hurd nothing from them other than a phone call advising me that the marina was shutting down for the winter and was assured it would be fixed and I could pick it up in the spring! Spring came and I recd a call from there lawyer saying I owed $6000.00 to the marina and if I did not pay Rob the owner was going to auction our family boat! Long and short I negotiated it to $3000.00 and picked up my boat! Upon arrival to pick it up I noticed the swim platform had been ruined and quese what the starter was sitting in the engine compartment and come to find out it was the wrong one! My advise to anyone is to steer clear of Rob and all of his cronies they are scam artists and liars !!!!! I am not done with this yet my lawyer is presently working on the case!!!! Buyers beware!!!!

We stopped here to buy an alternator for our boat because we heard great things about this place. Well our mistake! The kid at the front desk had no idea what we were looking for and said they don't have any alternators to match the one we brought. This was after we talked to owner who swore they had one. Finally we talked to the owner who sold us a "brand new" alternator for $250 bucks. Once we installed it on the boat we found out that it was a bad alternator. We drove up there once again to switch and get another "brand new" alternator. Once there the owner gave us a hard time and told us it was resistors in the wiring harness that was bad not the alternator. He wouldn't even be bothered to answer any questions. He just kept repeating it was the resistors. He said he might be able to look at the boat this week for a fee if we left it there. We declined his shady offer. He sent us home with that same bad alternator and our old one and told us if we can prove it's bad then we can have our money back. Monday my boyfriends father went to auto electric in Burlington to get the alternator tested. After the alternator tested bad, he brought the report back up to the owner and finally got our money back. As he was leaving the owner mentioned that the alternator must be bad because it say in the shelf for 5 years...... Overall I will never deal with this company again and I suggest you don't either. I highly recommend Auto Electric in Burlington who sold us a working brand new alternator for only $165.00 bucks!
