DO NOT Buy at Open Road Recreation

1000 characters won’t even begin to explain the nightmare of an experience we have had with Open Road Recreation! Just of the story they sold us a broken boat. Didn’t even get it in the water and they have assumed zero responsibility for it. Head to dealer rater to see the full review.

False misleading advertising. Called about a boat online they said was $99 biweekly, upon speaking with sales they quoted $150 bi weekly and stumbled through a bunch of lies as to why they would not honour the internet price. Buyer beware!!!! Report will be made to competition bureau of Canada.

The level of service (or lack there of) from the parts department is frustrating to say the least. I have been emailing and calling for more than 6 weeks, and still have not received a single response. I do not understand how they stay in business, with such poor standards of customer service. If you're waiting for someone to get back to you, don't hold your breath!
