Honest, compassionate, patient, and so very helpful is what I have to say about Gray's. They helped us through a very difficult time and for this we the Wilson family are deeply grateful. All the staff were so good and accommodating. When we needed a bit of humor they had that too and that helped immensely!! I will leave with saying that all the staff from top to bottom treated our departed loved one (my mom) with the greatest respect and allowed and supported us to prepare in our own way. Thank you one and all!!

We, as a family, are so grateful! There are not enough words to express how thankful we are to everyone during the loss of our dear Mom, Babe. We are so appreciative of all the expressions of sympathy in the form of cards, flowers, food, attending the service, and the donations to Mont St. Joseph Foundation. We are forever grateful to Deacon Eldon Danielson for his beautiful service and caring support of our family. We’d also like to thank Father D.J. Vu and Jerry Receveur for the lovely hymns. We were also honoured by Piper Dave Monette’s bagpipe music and know Babe would have loved it. A huge thank you to the caring staff at Mont St. Joseph’s home for their love and support for Babe right up to her final day. Finally, we really appreciated Drew and staff at Gray’s Funeral Chapel for the amazing job during this emotional time. Thanks “Babe” for the memories! Love Faye, Donna & families.

In the past three years, my family has had three funerals to arrange, all with Gray's Funeral Chapel. In all three experiences, we have been treated with the utmost in compassion, professionalism and courtesy. The facilities are second to none. The prices were very competitive. We know because we did comparisons. When we were making arrangements there was never any pressure to "upsell" services that were not necessary. On the contrary, we were given less expensive options to consider, unlike anecdotes that we have heard from others who had less positive experiences. A time of grieving is a time for sensitivity to people's needs. We can honestly say that the staff at Gray's provided that sensitivity to our needs. We have no hesitation to recommend their services to any one. Harvey and Diane Jacobsen
