Aradia is a wonderful studio to explore different forms of fitness and discover self confidence. Instructors are highly knowledgeable in strength and flexibility, and are kind and personable. No prior practice, strength, or fitness needed— come as you are and grow with a group of high spirited individuals. Everyone is welcome, regardless of differences!

Aradia is a lot more than just a pole dancing studio. It's a group of supportive people from all walks of life coming together to build a community. The instructors are great, the students are great, and the studios are great. They also offer aerial hoop, aerial yoga, yin yoga, handstand classes, conditioning classes, and a variety of drop-in dance classes both on and off the pole. Definitely worth at least trying out if you're at all curious!

Aradia offers some of the best ways to trick yourself into exercising. The community is amazing, and the instructors are super welcoming and always make sure you feel comfortable and safe in anything you are doing. Even if the aerial/pole classes are not your cup of tea there are many more kinds of classes offered at Aradia!

I have quickly grown to love this sport! Aradia isn’t just a company... it’s a community of people encouraging one another! I cannot recommend them more!
